Boot Camp at Sonterra combines fitness kickboxing, resistence
band training & cardio classes. To make it easier, we'll even
provide you with an easy to follow nutritional plan designed to
make healthy eating habits easier.
Our Bootcamp is flexible to everyone's needs.
"AM" Class

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 7 am
"PM" Class
5-week session starts Tuesday, June 1. Classes will be every
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6 pm

This class incorporates drills designed to enhance strength, agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness as well as get you in the best shape of your life in 90 days!!
We incorporate upper and lower body exercises into one dynamite FULL BODY conditioning class.
This 3 month course begins Monday, May 17 - Friday August 6

Water Aerobics with Paul and Linda
This is a full body workout for those who enjoy the water. It’s great for individuals who are beginning a fitness program or have an injury which may exclude them from most exercise classes.
The workout begins on May 25, 2010. There will be two 45 minute classes weekly on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM. Please contact Linda or Paul at 210-410-8853.
