Boot Camp at Sonterra combines fitness kickboxing, resistence
band training & cardio classes. To make it easier, we'll even
provide you with an easy to follow nutritional plan designed to
make healthy eating habits easier.

Water Aerobics with Paul and Linda

This is a full body workout for those who enjoy the water.
It’s great for individuals who are beginning a fitness
program or have an injury which may exclude them
from most exercise classes.
There will be two 45 minute classes weekly on
Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 7:30 AM.
