The Club At Sonterra’s Wellness Center facilities offer a full range of fitness machines and free weights - perfect for the novice as well as the pro.
All cardio equipment is Precor brand and includes: Advanced Motion Trainers, elliptical cross trainers, recumbent and upright stationary bikes, treadmills. Wrap up your indoor workout with a cooldown run or walk on our convenient quarter-mile outdoor omni-turf jogging track.
Whether you want a relaxing soak in the hot tubs, steam rooms, or just to shower off, our men's and women's locker rooms come fully stocked with amenities you'd find at home.

STEP UP YOUR FITNESS GAME
The Club At Sonterra offers group exercise classes to all levels of fitness and ranges from core workouts to tackling posture and flexibility so you can live your best life!
Join The Club and take advantage of training by our staff. They will help target and create achievable goals for all fitness goals.
Classes are constantly switching out, so make sure to stay up-to-date with information from our newsletters and our Club app.

Strength and Conditioning Class
Monday - Thursdays | 9:30 AM
Taught by Annette Mongold on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays
Looking for a structured, full body workout? This 60-minute class ensures a safe, quality workout that utilizes hand weights, exercise bands and body weight resistance. Each class begins with a warm up and is uniquely designed to target upper and lower body, as well abs, followed by a cooldown stretch. Please bring any weights you feel comfortable using, as well as a mat and water. Extra weights and bands can be borrowed from instructor. All levels welcome, modifications for any injuries /concerns can be made by instructor. Typically meets in ballroom unless otherwise noted on Sonterra app.

MAT PILATES

Add this class to your weekly routine since we can all benefit from incorporating more balance work and stretching, especially as we age. This class is designed with daily activities in mind that will challenge your mind, core, balance and flexibility. All you need is a mat and some exercise bands. Yoga for golfers

Boost your game with yoga designed to improve mobility, strength, and focus. This class targets hips, shoulders, and spine to enhance your swing, prevent injuries, and build balance and core strength. Bring a mat. All levels are welcome.

WATER AEROBICS - Starting 06/05/2025

Water aerobics is a low-impact fitness class that combines aerobic exercise and strength training. Using the natural resistance of water to improve cardiovascular health, muscle tone, and flexibility, it is suitable for all fitness levels and especially beneficial for those with joint pain or mobility issues.
